If you're confused about something in a module and want some extra help, you can click on the "Help" button on the question you're working on.
This will open a new window that will show you the steps you should follow to get help with what you're stuck on.
- The first thing you should try is checking the answer for the question you're working on. This can help you work out how the problem is meant to be solved.
- The second step is to watch the help video. Every module has a help video, and it shows someone going through an example question which can help you correct your thinking.
- The third option is to click the 'See friends' button, this will show you other students in your class that have either done the module you're working on already, are working on it right now, or who could start the module now and work on it with you.
- The last option is to ask your teacher for help. You should always try to solve the problem yourself first, using the steps above, because that's the best way to learn how to solve problems. But you can definitely always ask your teacher for help if you're stuck.
If your teacher isn't available at the moment and all the other options didn't help, you can simply move on to a different module for now and come back to it later when your teacher is free. You can do this by clicking on the 'stop' button for that module.
