The most common reason that your computer won't open something we are trying to show you is that it's blocking 'pop ups'.
To be able to view your test, you should make sure that your computer isn't blocking these popups.
When you click the 'print' or 'view' button for your test, check to see if something like this appears on your screen:
If you see this message, click on it, then select "Always allow" and click 'Done' on the menu that opens.
Your test should download straight away after that, but if it doesn't try clicking 'Print' or 'View' again.
If you still can't get the test to download, contact your teacher.
